Jules Brinton Ltd. aims to provide you with a service you can return to
again and again. This is an online shopping service which is both easy
to use and secure. There are however, some terms and conditions you should
be aware of to make your use of the website entirely satisfactory.
Delivery
The delivery charge is calculated after you have finally decided on the
products that you wish to purchase. It is based on the weight of the selected
products and their packaging. The table below shows our pricing structure

These prices are for next working day MAINLAND UK delivery only. Delivery
to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles
will incur a £5 surcharge and please be aware that deliveries to
the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may be delayed by customs. Delivery
to any other location can be quoted for by telephoning 0845 3131490 between
the hours of 9 to 5 GMT. Any queries you have about where we deliver to
should be directed to the Jules Brinton offices on 0845 3131490. If there
are any problems with your delivery, we will notify you immediately and
you can view your delivery progress on the website itself.
Please note that every delivery must be signed for so
it may be worth choosing a delivery address where this is feasible.
Your purchases should arrive with you between 1 and 3 days from the date
we process your order, if the product is in stock, however for out of
stock items delivery may take 7 to 10 days. If there is an unacceptable
delay in the delivery process, we can offer you a full refund.
Our products make ideal gifts, and it is very easy to specify a different
delivery address and billing address on the order form at the checkout.

We accept Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Visa. See ‘My

Every care has been taken to ensure that all the product information provided
on the website is accurate. Descriptions, measurements, colours, prices
and offers are all correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of
publication.
Complaints
If you have a complaint of any kind, please don’t hesitate to contact
us. All complaints are dealt with by either the Chairman or Managing Director.
We promise to deal with any complaint within 5 working days and keep you
informed at every stage of the resolution process.
Returns and refunds
