Placing your order

You will be asked for your name, E-mail address, telephone number, shipping and billing address, and payment details. You can pay by Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch or Visa cards. There is also the option of opting out of receiving further information about other Jules Brinton web sites and offers.

How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation E-mail as soon as we have processed your order. You will then receive a second E-mail confirming that your order has been despatched. How can I track my order?

On the right hand side of the web pages, you can see an icon that allows you to track the progress of your order. The products you have ordered will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days if it is in stock or 7 to 10 days if it is out of stock. You can see when your order is dispatched and when it is due to be delivered. The products will be delivered via either Royal Mail registered post or Initial Business Link, both of which require a signature to deliver.
