How do I request a refund?
Jules Brinton Ltd has taken every possible step to ensure that your products
arrive with you in an excellent condition and that you will be highly
satisfied with your online experience. It may be, however, that you change
your mind about your order and if so, we aim to make the process as quick
and convenient as possible.
If you want a full refund on the product that you have purchased, you
must let us know within 7 days of receiving it. This can be by phone,
fax, E-mail or mail (see ‘Contact
Us’). We can then provide you with the necessary means
of returning the products that you have been sent.
Returning your purchase
After we have received your request for a refund, we will send out a labelled
bag with postage-paid with which you can return the item, which must be
sealed in its entire original packaging. We believe that this is the most
efficient way of ensuring the goods are returned in good condition, and
without causing undue stress for you the consumer.
Getting your money back
As soon as we have received and verified the products back at our warehouse,
we will initiate a full refund to the original card used as quickly as
possible.
